Region 1 Classes
Held in conjunction with Ketzal Martial Arts & Ki Gong Instructor Gena Eiseman this class meets once a month.

Classes are held at Ketzal Martial Arts in Lake Oswego, OR, Fridays 18:30-21:00 (PT), and online via Zoom.
​
Register for one class, or for the full year and receive access to the archive of Region 1 classes.
​
All classes can be attended in person or online.
​
Classes are recorded and available to participants after.
​
These classes are open to all members of World Ki Gong whatever region you are in.
Region 1 has decided to discontinue Ki Gong Classes
for 2023, look out for West Coast class details!
